TOFU is a very versatile food ingredient that can be added to lots of our traditional Indian dishes as well as Chinese and continental dishes.
TOFU PARATHAS

Make. the stuffing by mixing the Tofu onion, cabbage. coriander, green chillies and salt. Kneed the dough, make small portion, and stuff with tofu mixture. Roll and flattern the stuffed dough. Cook in cave till brown. Save hot.


Ingredients
  • 200 gms finely mashed.
  • Tofu 1 chopped onion.
  • 1 teacup chopped cabbage.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander.
  • 5 chopped green chillies salt to taste.
  • 3 tea cups whole meal flour.
  • 11/2 teaspoon salt.
